Quality, efficiency and reliability are the key values of Prompt Provides and we go to great lengths to ensure that when selecting agents that core values and standards are consistent with our own. We have not limited ourselves to alliances solely with large multinational firms; we have been selective and chosen the best fit for the market and transportation mode being served. For instance, in Europe and Hong Kong we have allied ourselves with Intercosped, one of Europe leading freight forwarders and customs brokers, however for smaller markets where adaptability rather that networks are important we have selected key regional and local players. Regardless of the destination, one thing can be ensured and that is that customers cargo is in the best hands for the point of destination and transportation mode selected.

Highly Motivated and Adaptable Staff

Prompt Provides has a unique incentive based compensation structure that ensures a highly motivated and customer sensitive staff. In essence the compensation structure treats staff as an owner in the company and shares profit based on the number of jobs completed with 100 percent customer satisfaction. This helps to insure that every shipment is given the care and due diligence that strives to exceed customer expectations at every stage in the shipping process. As a company this means less profit but for the customer benefits are boundless as our staff is more than eager to assist and adapt to the needs of the customer.

Furthermore, Prompt Provides has adopted several training programs centered on elevating the skills and personal development of our staff. Currently there are three development or training programs in effect; these are a daily Conversational English class, monthly internal business seminars, and a pilot mentoring program which couple staff with management.
