Customer service has been defined as many things to different people; at Prompt Provides, customer service is embodied in the desire to be our customers one stop service. Our services go beyond that of a traditional freight forwarder or custom brokers in that if a customer wants us to take another step we make accommodations. For example, we have had customers which wanted Prompt Provides to ship bonded for exhibition products to Thailand, set up the exhibition, take down the exhibition, and ship the remaining product back to the point of origination. This is one of many examples of how at Prompt Provides we go above and beyond for our clients and strive to meet there every need.

We consider honesty to be integral to customer service and as a result we do not place our customers at risk by over-promising and under-delivering. Our staff and salespersons are thorough, concise and factual. We stay abreast of ever changing Thai and International import and export laws and regulations. At Prompt Provides we consider our clients as our partners and strive to maintain vibrant and evolving relationships in which we educate our client on the process and continually evolve to meet our customer changing needs.
